We are dedicated to saving clients time, money, resources, and helping deliver products to international markets through successful compliance with standards and regulatory requirements. F2 staff consists of Executive Management, Technical Management, Sales, and Administrative Support. Our Technical and Management Teams have over 100 years of combined experience in EMC/Safety testing, design, and certifications. Our highly experienced electrical engineers and other engineering staff follow ISO/IEC 17025 requirements. The Executive Staff is actively involved in working with Technical Management, Sales Teams, and other Staff to service clients.
Wendy Fuster
President
Wendy Fuster founded F2 in 1991 to serve clients’ product compliance and global approval requirements to sell products internationally. As President, Wendy oversees all aspects of the business and is responsible for ensuring the F2 team maintains the highest level of quality, integrity, and service to clients. She has over 22 years of industry experience to include OATS and EMC lab design and construction, operational management, quality management, sales and marketing, and electrical engineering. Prior to founding F2, Wendy was Director of Engineering for IDP Corporation, a computer manufacturer. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, College Park in Electrical Engineering and has also completed other related industry training.
Ken Littell
Vice President of EMC
Ken joined F2 Labs in early 2008 with over 13 years in RF and Electrical experience and was our Senior EMC Engineer until his promotion to Technical Manager. As the EMC Technical Manager at F2, Ken is responsible for the smooth operation and high quality of service to clients at the EMC test facility. Prior to joining the F2 team, Ken was in management for RF/MRI companies as well an Electronic Communications Specialist in the United States Army. Ken brings a wide range of technical skills to assist clients in meeting their goals. Ken’s education in Electrical and Electronic Engineering coupled with the prior RF experience, the expertise and customer service he has displayed, and his driven work ethics, are just some of the reasons that he is the perfect fit.
Adam Black
Safety Technical Manager
Adam joined F2 Labs in December of 2011 with over 10 years of experience in the electrical compliance industry at both a company that designed and built products and another testing laboratory. Since joining F2 Labs, Adam has been promoted multiple times and now serves and the Safety Technical Manager. As the Safety Technical Manager, Adam is responsible for managing the technical staff, keeping abreast of upcoming changes, and interpreting what the requirements are really saying. Prior to working at F2 Labs, Adam was an Engineer at another testing laboratory where he had a large part in expanding the lab’s capabilities by helping to launch their environment simulation lab, proceeded by being a compliance technician where he was responsible for various compliance requirements including NEBS approval. This mix of having worked in both test labs and at a design and manufacturing facility gives Adam a unique point of view where he can see things from multiple angles and understands that the same solution for a product that is built-in low quantities may not work for a product that is built in large quantities.
