I think that we have a great open-door policy. I feel like I can express any and all ideas and the ideas will be heard and considered. There are so many companies where they don’t care about your ideas, they just get brushed off.

I’ve seen and experienced how the company treats their employees and have to say I am extremely pleased. I have witnessed how one employee was cared for through a major medical issue and have myself experienced their care and concern with my recent knee replacement. If you’re looking for a company that TRULY cares about their employees, this is it!

The one thing I can say about working here is that every single person that calls F2 Labs home, cares about the customer experience. We care deeply about making sure that our clients are served well. That starts with how we treat each other internally, we are a family and everyone pitches in and helps each other. That culture follows through to our clients. The phase “It’s not my job” does not exist here.

F2 has a great culture of seeing employees as individuals, not just workers, and acknowledges the importance of family. While excellence to clients is a priority, so is the total health and welfare of its staff.

The best thing about working at F2 Labs if definitely the people. I feel very lucky to have worked for F2 over 26 years now and that’s mostly due to the family atmosphere. I’ve always felt valued and appreciated here. We provide such a unique service for our customers which is very rewarding. We’ve got a great team here!

For me I love working at F2 as we are more like a big family no one is just a number. After being in a large company where you were just a number, it feels good in a place where the owners really care about the people and take interest in how you and your family are doing. A second reason I like this job is that I never know what type of project we are going to get next. Doing some projects like emergency use ventilators during the start of the Pandemic, along with some of the new things on the market like 3D printers it makes the job exciting.

Working at F2 is great. Previous experience has shown me that a lot of employers don’t see their employees as regular people with regular problems. F2 goes beyond showing common empathy to its employees. We constantly receive feedback on our work as a team and appreciation for our efforts. Beyond this the company takes feedback from us and continues to improve.
