Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • Please note that when you purchase testing/evaluation services from F2 Labs, you are purchasing a specific time slot on our schedule. This means engineer time has been reserved for you and that time is not available to other clients.
  • Your scheduled start dates are listed on the confirmation notice emailed to you.
  • It is important that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, or if issues arise that may delay your testing/evaluation.
  • At least 5 business days’ notice of delay/cancellation is required. If less or no notice is given, you will be assessed a postponement/cancellation fee in the amount of $1500 or 25% of your proposal, whichever is greater, in addition to any costs or expenses we have already incurred. See paragraph 15 of the T&Cs of your proposal.
  • Also, if the requested documentation is not received by the dates listed on your confirmation notice, we may postpone your project for as long as 12 weeks, and/or charge any applicable postponement/cancellation fees.
