Employee Reviews

Our present and former employees have a lot to say about working at F2 Labs.

F2 Labs Employee
Working at F2 has been the best thing to ever happen to me and my family. The family values this company/team runs on is one thing that really sets F2 apart from any other business. They are flexible, kindhearted, understanding, and truly want success for everyone. F2 is a family, and I am so proud to be a part of it for the last 7 years. Excited to see where the next 25 years takes us!
F2 Labs Employee
Being a family company, you always feel like you’re at home
F2 Labs Employee
I think that we have a great open-door policy. I feel like I can express any and all ideas and the ideas will be heard and considered. There are so many companies where they don’t care about your ideas, they just get brushed off.
F2 Labs Employee
I love the variety of customers that we do business with and it is interesting to see all of the other companies and what they do and the products they make.
F2 Labs Employee
What I love most about working at F2 Labs. Is the family atmosphere and that everyone works together as a team. One Big Happy Family living life and making it happen!
F2 Labs Employee
I’ve seen and experienced how the company treats their employees and have to say I am extremely pleased. I have witnessed how one employee was cared for through a major medical issue and have myself experienced their care and concern with my recent knee replacement. If you’re looking for a company that TRULY cares about their employees, this is it!
F2 Labs Employee
The one thing I can say about working here is that every single person that calls F2 Labs home, cares about the customer experience. We care deeply about making sure that our clients are served well. That starts with how we treat each other internally, we are a family and everyone pitches in and helps each other. That culture follows through to our clients. The phase “It’s not my job” does not exist here.
F2 Labs Employee
F2 has a great culture of seeing employees as individuals, not just workers, and acknowledges the importance of family. While excellence to clients is a priority, so is the total health and welfare of its staff.
F2 Labs Employee
I have learned so much since day one at F2 Labs. Everyone is so willing to go above and beyond for each other and our customers. Every person who works there has such value and we are truly a family.
F2 Labs Employee
The work environment is laid back/easy going as long as you are accomplishing all tasks, which makes work fun/easy to wake up in the morning. Everybody helps everybody no matter what needs to be done and allows room for individual and team growth.
F2 Labs Employee
The best thing about working at F2 Labs if definitely the people. I feel very lucky to have worked for F2 over 26 years now and that’s mostly due to the family atmosphere. I’ve always felt valued and appreciated here. We provide such a unique service for our customers which is very rewarding. We’ve got a great team here!
F2 Labs Employee
For me I love working at F2 as we are more like a big family no one is just a number. After being in a large company where you were just a number, it feels good in a place where the owners really care about the people and take interest in how you and your family are doing. A second reason I like this job is that I never know what type of project we are going to get next. Doing some projects like emergency use ventilators during the start of the Pandemic, along with some of the new things on the market like 3D printers it makes the job exciting.
F2 Labs Employee
Something that’s stood out to me a lot about working with F2 Labs is the work environment. Both my coworkers and my boss are fun to work with and makes work enjoyable. F2 Labs is really like a big family.
F2 Labs Employee
Working at F2 is great. Previous experience has shown me that a lot of employers don’t see their employees as regular people with regular problems. F2 goes beyond showing common empathy to its employees. We constantly receive feedback on our work as a team and appreciation for our efforts. Beyond this the company takes feedback from us and continues to improve.
